A2: For general piercing and positioning use, we adopt ordinary smooth surface finish by default. If the needle will contact liquid reagent, body fluid or require ultra‑clean surface, we can upgrade to Ra ≤0.2μm high polishing with extra processing cost.

A3: Yes, the conical tip angle, tip sharpness, needle diameter, base outer diameter, base height and mounting structure are all customizable within our processing capacity, with standard tolerance ±0.02mm. Please provide technical drawing for formal evaluation.

A4: The tip is formed by precision grinding, followed by multi‑step inspection and deburring treatment. Each finished needle will be checked for tip sharpness, surface smoothness and residual burrs to avoid scratch or particle contamination.
